Involving and Listening

An Advisory Group has been established and

meetings are held once a month. This allows people

with dementia and their carers, the opportunity to

have their voices heard and issues can be fed back

and followed up by the relevant people. A good

relationship has been established with the

Hartlepool and Stockton CCG who are keen to

support the project and help the people of Stockton

affected by dementia.
